What to Eat for Energy?

Many people ask, “What should I eat for energy?”

Here is what to eat for energy or, more appropriately, drink. This is a great way to start your day and it is FILLED with nutrition!
Many of my clients ask what to eat for breakfast that is light, fast, gives sustainable energy, keeps the mind focused, and, most importantly, TASTES GREAT!

This recipe is chock full of amazing nutritional benefits, high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. It will give you the sustainable energy you crave to go through your day without any highs or lows. The recipe listed below is fast and easy. Most importantly, it is filled with some of the most powerful herbs and foods on the planet.

What you want to do FIRST is brew up three cups of green tea and gynostemma. I use organic loose leaf tea using a French press. First I pour enough COLD spring water to cover the herbs (about an inch of water to ensure the hot water doesn’t scald them). Pour the rest of the hot spring water over the cold water and herbs, filling up the French press. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Next strain the tea and pour it into a blender, adding these ingredients: (Note: All ingredients are organic, non-GMO, and/or wild-crafted.)

Blend and serve!

Note: This makes 2 – 3 servings, although one may be able to drink the entire 16-24 ounces. Get ready to be activated! 🙂 Remember to let the tea cool slightly, warm enough to melt the Arriba Raw Cacao Paste and cool enough to keep the integrity of the ingredients. Let us know how you enjoyed it!
