The Turmeric Latte That You (And Your Body!) Need In Your Life
Making an anti-inflammatory turmeric latte at home is so easy, you’ll want to brew it every day. This post from Well+Good shares an easy-to-make golden milk beverage recipe.
It’s taken over your Facebook news feed, the natural beauty scene, and seemingly every superfood-centric recipe these days. What are we talking about? Turmeric, of course.
And one of the trendiest ways everyone’s getting more of the anti-inflammatory spice in their life is via a turmeric-spiked Golden Milk Latte.
Here’s how to make the delicious hot drink with Bond&Taylor‘s super-cool chef Alexis Bondaroff, who recommends you use creamy cashew milk for ridiculously tasty results. (This video shows you how to make your own cashew milk in the time it takes to make a smoothie.)
“Cashew milk is thicker, so when you’re doing a latte, it makes a more substantial hot beverage,” Bondaroff explains. “It’s also such an easy thing to make, and you can’t even compare it to store bought, flavor-wise.”
While a Golden Milk Latte doesn’t require a shot of espresso, and makes a great option for those looking to kick coffee, you could absolutely add one for a healthier, next-level latte.
