Catherine Garceau is an Olympic Bronze Medalist from Sydney 2000 in the sport of synchronized swimming. In her first book *Swimming Out of Water*, Catherine shares her life-changing experience of being stuck in the Red Rocks of Las Vegas for more than 24 hours, alone, without food or water. Weaved through personal stories of triumph and struggle, she advocates chlorine byproducts minimization in swimming pools worldwide as well as her 360 approach to greater freedom with food and body. A practicing EFT body-mind nutrition coach, Catherine is the co-creator of the EAT360 Complete Coaching System and Personal Program, which is now transforming women’s lives by turning food issues into opportunities for greater emotional intelligence, health, and life fulfillment.
