Cath King is a Holistic Health Consultant with Seeking Health. She specialises in reversing and preventing chronic degenerative diseases - helping people to come off medications and create optimal health. Cath uses the four pillars of health - nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle in her consultations, coaching and wellness plans. Her training is in the areas of nutrition and personal training. She specialises in plant-based nutrition and raw nutrition. In addition, Cath uses her experience of EFT, meditation, yoga, grounding technology and detoxification to coach clients in an holistic way of creating and maintaining optimal health and longevity. Recently she has had success in helping people to reverse diabetes, ulcerated colitis, Crohns disease, high blood pressure, and frozen shoulder. Cath lives in New Zealand and offers consultations in person or via Skype.
